As a Marketing Specialist, you will manage all the marketing administrative tasks necessary to support all marketing activities. The essential functions of this position include working with regional leadership and sales teams to align marketing programs with business objectives and budgets, assisting in executing marketing programs and creating budgets to support business growth and customer engagement, and participating in and supporting regional events, including preparation, on-site execution, and follow-up. You will also travel as needed to assist with regional activities, events, and team collaboration, help coordinate and execute marketing campaigns through email, digital, social media, and events, and maintain the marketing calendar, tracking timelines, deliverables, and deadlines. Additionally, you will assist with event logistics, including vendor coordination, materials preparation, and on-site support, create and edit marketing content such as emails, social posts, presentations, and collateral, maintain and update marketing materials, databases, and contact lists, and coordinate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to support campaign execution. You will also track campaign performance and assist in preparing reports on key metrics, support lead generation activities and follow-up processes in CRM systems, and ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing assets.
