About The Position

Groom Law Group is seeking a highly motivated, client service-focused, and detail-oriented marketing professional to join our team in a pivotal, hands-on role to develop and execute strategies supporting the firm’s digital presence, client communications, and overall marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be a key contributor in shaping how the firm presents itself internally, as well as externally, by managing and executing critical marketing and communications initiatives across platforms, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism. Under the direction of the Chief Marketing Officer, this position will work closely with other marketing team members, firm attorneys, and other firm departments to support the marketing activities for the firm.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional services or legal marketing experience
  • Strong working knowledge of social media management, email marketing tools (Vuture preferred), website CMS platforms, and CRM systems (Intapp preferred)
  • Collaborative and highly professional in working with attorneys, leadership, and colleagues, with the ability to gain strong credibility and trust
  • Strong interest in data, process improvement, and operational excellence
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight
  • Excellent communication skills with outstanding written communication and attention to detail
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative
  • Exceedingly comfortable working in a high-performance environment
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Leverage market knowledge and best practices to recommend and execute novel marketing and business development solutions, including enhancing existing frameworks and introducing new initiatives, as needed and as identified
  • Develop and manage initiatives and content scheduling for the firm’s social media channels, ensuring consistent and strategic messaging
  • Coordinate and publish website content, including news, publications, attorney updates, and event announcements
  • Coordinate and distribute client alerts, event invitations, and publications
  • Coordinate and manage webinar logistics, including scheduling, speaker preparation, and follow-up communications
  • Lead management and maintenance of the firm’s CRM with relevant contact, analytic, and reporting data for marketing and business development initiatives
  • Collaborate with attorneys and internal stakeholders to develop and refine compelling, compliant marketing collateral
  • Support and manage the firm’s alumni initiatives, including communications, database updates, and program engagement efforts
  • Assist with experience descriptions, proposal content, attorney bios, and rankings submissions as needed
  • Support branding and special projects in coordination with the CMO and business development team
