Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university, or 5 years of directly equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ marketing and communications experience.
  • Prior experience with marketing plan development, administration, and evaluation required.
  • Advanced Written/Oral Communications Skills.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Relational database software, and campaign management tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Membership Association experience.

Responsibilities

  • Implement strategic direction and marketing plan for holistic offerings including paid media and branded merchandise.
  • Create cohesive brand awareness, develop message platforms, marketing activations and achievements.
  • Hone public perception and identify suitable target audiences.
  • Establish effective marketing efforts in paid and owned media.
  • Assist with development and execution of strategic marketing plans, including tactics such as branding, cost-benefit analysis, strategic goals and non-dues revenue generation initiatives.
  • Assist with integrating all marketing and communication efforts.
  • Support market products, events and other services, such as sponsorships, aligning to diverse revenue streams.
  • Participate in Pop-Up and other events to drive member and non-member revenues.
  • Perform research and data analysis to aid in strategic decision making.
  • Collaborate with entity and department marketing teams to deliver integrated, marketing plans.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
