About The Position

The Marketing Specialist supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels including digital, social media, events, retail marketing, and brand partnerships. This role plays an important part in helping grow brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue from motorcycle rentals, tours, and experiences. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with internal teams, franchise partners, and external vendors. A background in graphic design, social media management, events, or apparel marketing is highly desirable. Candidates with a passion for motorcycles, travel, and adventure lifestyle brands are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, events, or creative coordination
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for events
  • Ability to travel for trade shows, rallies, and brand activations when needed

  • Experience with apparel or merchandise marketing
  • Event marketing or brand activation experience
  • Social media content management or content creation
  • Basic photography or video editing skills
  • Motorcycle license or interest in riding strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing projects across corporate locations including print, email, digital, and outdoor advertising initiatives
  • Work closely with EAGLERIDER’s in-house graphic designer to prioritize creative needs and ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist in the creation and preparation of marketing assets using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Maintain organized creative asset libraries and online media vaults
  • Support the planning and execution of B2B and B2C events including trade shows, rallies, and brand activations
  • Coordinate logistics such as booth space, shipping collateral, display materials, and event setup requirements
  • Assist with lead capture strategies and post-event follow-up reporting
  • Work with leadership to ensure brand consistency across event presence
  • Assist with managing EAGLERIDER’s social media presence across key platforms
  • Help schedule, publish, and monitor social media content
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and external partners to capture and organize photo and video content
  • Coordinate with photographers and videographers to generate fresh motorcycle tourism content
  • Coordinate B2C and B2B email marketing calendars and assist with campaign execution
  • Review engagement metrics including open rates and click-through rates to help optimize performance
  • Work with internal teams to implement promotional placements across company websites and digital platforms
  • Collaborate with local EAGLERIDER store managers to support in-market marketing initiatives
  • Assist with local event promotions, artwork requests, and collateral distribution
  • Monitor and approve franchise marketing materials to ensure brand standards are maintained
  • Track marketing budgets and promotional activity across multiple locations
  • Assist with coordination of apparel marketing initiatives and product launches
  • Support organization of product photography and marketing assets for merchandise
  • Help promote apparel collections across digital and social channels
