About The Position

Supports the execution of marketing content initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role is ideal for a proactive marketer who is confident in content creation and is comfortable working across marketing channels, content types, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in content marketing.
  • Strong content creation skills, including copy writing and video.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Social Media tools and platforms.
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Can do and positive attitude when faced with challenges.
  • Experience working in an international environment across multiple time zones and cultures.

Nice To Haves

  • Graphic design experience.
  • Experience with Digital Marketing Tools (CMS, Shopify, Email Marketing, Google Analytics).
  • Experience working with the Military or First Responder industries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the development of our content strategy to align with the company’s wider marketing campaigns and strategy.
  • Work with the team to define content requirements and manage the creation, development and delivery of this content.
  • Lead the creation and editing of marketing content and collateral across offline and online channels, including white papers, video content and social media presence.
  • Own the delivery of the company’s social media strategy, including schedule planning, content creation, and community management.
  • Support the wider team, when required, in the delivery of events within Americas.
  • Create engaging content to increase global engagement and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure consistent content messaging and brand alignment.
  • Manage relationships and communication with influencers and thought leaders within the industry, external vendors, agencies, and partners, to develop mutually beneficial content.
  • Support product launches, promotions, and go‑to‑market activities through the creation of content.
  • Create marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and sales enablement assets.
  • Support the team with other activities tasks, when required.
