Here’s how a Marketing Specialist for PCL Construction Services, Inc. in our Florida Buildings Group Orlando office contributes to our team:Responsibilities Creates marketing plans for small to mid-size projects and related initiatives and ensures they are measurable. Supports end-to-end proposal development, creating compelling, brand-compliant layouts and narratives, coordinating teams and timelines, and delivering accurate, high-quality submissions on deadline Creates and enhances brand awareness through the development of marketing and promotional materials. Works collaboratively with team members to develop deliverables and execute marketing strategy. Collaborates with creative team to achieve marketing objectives in line with branding principles. Translates executive strategies and industry knowledge into meaningful and accessible information. Creates effective written copy for appropriate mediums. Understands competitor differentiators. Requirements

  • Postsecondary degree or diploma in marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent.
  • Three (3) years of progressive experience in a marketing and/or proposals role.
  • Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills. Ability to produce grammatically sound written communication with a customer focus.
  • Proficient in InDesign layout, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365 applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create brand‑compliant visual content.
  • Strong working knowledge of proposal fundamentals and best practices.
  • Results-oriented with an ability to meet and drive deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Experience across all marketing mediums, including web, print, advertising, video, and social media, with the ability to select the most effective medium for each marketing need.
  • Understands the company and district’s business objectives and incorporates them into marketing activities, products, and initiatives.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and motivate.
