Marketing Specialist

Movemint,

About The Position

As Marketing Specialist, you will own the day-to-day planning, execution, and measurement of integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, demand, and pipeline for Movemint. You will design and run multi-channel campaigns, create high-impact content, manage our presence at industry events, and partner closely with Sales, Product, and Client Success to deliver marketing that fuels measurable revenue growth. This role is hands-on and strategic in equal measure: you will be expected to develop the plan, build the assets, push the buttons, and report on what worked. Success in this role requires sharp B2B marketing instincts, a strong creative voice, an analytical mindset, and a genuine interest in helping credit unions thrive in a digital-first world. You will play a critical role in shaping how the Movemint brand shows up in the credit union industry and how our story translates into measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS, FinTech, or financial services.
  • Experience marketing to credit unions, community banks, or other regulated financial institutions is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of building and executing demand generation campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline impact and revenue growth.
  • Strong content creation skills with the ability to write clear, compelling, audience-specific copy across formats, from short-form social posts to long-form whitepapers.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, or similar), including building workflows, scoring models, and reporting dashboards.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot reporting) and a data-informed approach to optimizing campaigns and reporting on ROI.
  • Experience planning and executing event and conference marketing programs, from booth strategy and sponsorships to pre and post-event campaign integration.
  • Working knowledge of design and creative tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) sufficient to brief designers, review work, and produce light-touch assets independently.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with proven success partnering with Sales, Product, and Client Success leaders to align marketing activity with revenue priorities.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the agility to adapt quickly, take ownership, and move from strategy to execution without hand-holding.
  • Passion for storytelling, brand-building, and translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive demand, accelerate pipeline, and support revenue goals across the credit union vertical.
  • Own end-to-end content development, including blog posts, case studies, one-pagers, whitepapers, email sequences, landing pages, and sales enablement assets that speak directly to credit union decision-makers.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence (primarily LinkedIn), including editorial calendar, content creation, community engagement, and performance reporting.
  • Plan and execute event marketing strategy for industry conferences and trade shows, including pre-event outreach, on-site experience, booth materials, sponsorship activations, and post-event follow-up.
  • Design and execute lifecycle and nurture campaigns through marketing automation tools, with clear segmentation, A/B testing, and measurable conversion outcomes.
  • Partner with Sales to deliver high-impact sales enablement, including pitch decks, battlecards, ROI calculators, and customer-facing collateral that shortens sales cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with the Client Success and Product teams to develop customer marketing programs, including referral, advocacy, case study, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Manage paid media programs across LinkedIn, Google, and industry publications, optimizing spend against pipeline contribution and cost-per-opportunity targets.
  • Maintain and evolve the Movemint brand voice, visual identity, and messaging framework, ensuring consistency across every channel and customer touchpoint.
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards that track MQLs, SQLs, pipeline influence, campaign ROI, and channel performance, surfacing insights that shape strategy.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies for design, content, video, PR, and digital production.
  • Support product marketing efforts, including go-to-market planning, positioning, competitive intelligence, and launch communications for new features and offerings.
  • Stay current on credit union industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor activity to inform messaging, content strategy, and campaign targeting.
  • Contribute to a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement by testing new channels, formats, and tactics that elevate marketing performance.
