The Marketing Specialist – Lifecycle supports the execution and optimization of customer communications across owned channels. This role ensures accurate campaign setup, quality execution, and strong cross‑functional coordination while supporting continuous improvement through testing and performance insights. Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, CRM, or digital execution roles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience working with email or marketing automation platforms

Responsibilities

  • Execute lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS platforms
  • Support campaign setup, scheduling, QA, testing, and deployment
  • Build and manage campaign components within the CRM platform, perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Creative, CRM, and Data teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Manage campaign changes and updates within tight timelines
  • Support testing initiatives and document results to inform optimization
  • Assist with reporting and performance tracking
