  • Experience creating and adapting digital marketing assets across multiple formats.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms (ON24), marketing automation systems (Pardot), CRM platforms (Salesforce), website CMS tools, and social media management tools (Agorapulse).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Experience managing marketing projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.

  • Experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, process industries, or technology-focused B2B marketing.
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following industries: Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Energy & Sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns for Yokogawa Industrial Automation products, systems, software, and technologies.
  • Translate strategic campaign objectives into detailed marketing activities, content requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Implement campaigns across multiple channels, including premium content, eBooks, website and landing pages, social media, digital advertising, webinars, virtual events, articles, thought leadership content, email marketing, nurture programs, videos, multimedia content, and sales enablement collateral.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and customer experience across all campaign touchpoints.
  • Convert campaign strategies into actionable work plans and clearly defined tasks.
  • Manage assigned projects, priorities, and deliverables using Monday.com.
  • Partner closely with the Marketing Project Manager to track deadlines, coordinate resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and resource constraints and escalate appropriately.
  • Participate in campaign planning meetings, status reviews, and post-campaign evaluations.
  • Develop, adapt, and coordinate marketing content aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product and Industry Marketing Managers to localize global content for the North American market.
  • Work with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance for target industries.
  • Maintain content quality, consistency, and alignment with Yokogawa brand guidelines.
  • Support lead generation and pipeline growth through effective campaign execution.
  • Optimize marketing assets for engagement, conversion, and campaign performance.
  • Work with Digital Marketing teams to improve campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and insights.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Marketing Services, Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, and external vendors.
  • Coordinate approvals, reviews, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Contribute ideas for improving marketing effectiveness, campaign processes, and customer engagement.
