Beehive Federal Credit Union is seeking full-time Marketing Specialist I to work in our Rexburg Administrative Office. This position works from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Saturday or evening hours may be required as part of events or campaign support. The expected pay is $19.00 per hour, DOE.

Requirements

• High school graduation or GED required.
• 2-4 years of similar or related experience.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for ads, emails, and social media experience in social media content creation and community engagement.
• Basic to intermediate graphic design skills.
• experience managing multi-channel digital ad campaigns with a strong ROI focus.
• Advanced CRM automation expertise, particularly in HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Works with the Director of Marketing to recommend, develop, and promote strategies, campaigns and materials.
• Develops and updates content for the credit union's member facing website, internal intranet and social media platforms.
• Handles Social Media & Community Engagement.
• Assists in the planning and management of Beehive events.
• Conducts market research.
• Will actively engage in needs-based selling.
