About The Position

Support Marketing Principal in collaboration with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and agency partners to support the growth and engagement of the SMB Acima line of business through strategic CRM initiatives and impactful point-of-purchase materials.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing
  • Proven ability to collaborate and communicate complex information with large sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Highly detail-oriented, resourceful, and execution-focused.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Marketing Cloud, and Adobe a plus

Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the Marketing Principal, execute on strategy around Acima’s digital and point-of-purchase marketing collateral ensuring creative/compliance alignment and business impact
  • Manage day-to-day operations within Vintage POP system which includes retailer and company swag, inventory management, on-demand catalog, reorders, and approvals of POP orders as well as print manifests by sales reps.
  • Collaborate with overseas email vendor to ensure all campaigns successfully deploy and are optimized to drive retailer engagement (activation, retention, and reactivation). A strong understanding of Marketing Cloud is preferred
  • Manage Acima’s short-link platform to ensure proper usage within Acima and by retailers.
  • In collaboration with the VOM team, support Acima’s retailer feedback loop
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Principal to execute on revenue growth opportunities via Acima’s CRM platform focusing on retailer engagement (activation, retention, and reactivation) of SMB (small and midsize business) retail partnerships.
  • Execute creative briefs for SMB campaigns and initiatives
  • Support collaboration between product and sales to ensure related B2B efforts are aligned and communicated well
  • Assist in developing creative briefs for SMB campaigns and initiatives and provide feedback on creative concepts
  • Timely process and thoroughly maintain all incoming SMB invoices
  • Support other Acima key strategic initiatives as needed
  • Maintain necessary Acima core knowledge of products, features, and processes necessary to properly execute projects
