About The Position

As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping and maintaining Falcon’s brand. You’ll be responsible for bringing our message to life through compelling, high-quality content across multiple channels while ensuring consistency, compliance, and creativity. This role is perfect for a strong storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience (financial services, legal, or professional services preferred)
  • Experience with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Pally)
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
  • Working knowledge of YouTube and podcast production workflows
  • Ability to work on-site in Ontario, CA
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent organization and time management

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Riverside, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or Descript is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, and social)
  • Write clear, compelling, and compliant copy for emails, blogs, and marketing materials
  • Use AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance content creation while maintaining brand voice
  • Manage marketing databases, contact lists, and campaign execution to drive engagement
  • Own day-to-day management of all social media platforms
  • Ensure consistent and platform-appropriate brand voice
  • Monitor trends, engagement, and performance to inform strategy
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and influencers
  • Identify opportunities for awards, press features, and industry recognition
  • Track media coverage and analyze brand sentiment
  • Support YouTube content creation, including optimization (SEO, thumbnails, tags)
  • Manage podcast production workflow (guest coordination, publishing, promotion)
  • Create promotional assets such as audiograms and short-form content
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general marketing operations
  • Support ad hoc projects aligned with company growth initiatives
