The Marketing Specialist, Client Marketing will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, managing workflow of requested marketing collateral, managing client milestone events and supporting our account management team with leads and customized client support. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented and highly organized individual to contribute to the success of a well-established and mission driven company. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in working cross-functionally within the marketing organization and across the business with an AI approach to develop and streamline processes, serve as a thought partner to the Sr Manager, and execute on key client focused projects in support of strategic business priorities. They will also provide insights and reports, manage timelines and processes, which ensure marketing is supporting key business needs and act as a cross-functional project manager for client marketing.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant B2B2C marketing experience.
  • Be a creative thinker that’s constantly coming up with actionable and impactful ideas.
  • A passion for ongoing optimization and enterprise-wide collaboration.
  • Use of AI tools for business efficiency and ideation refinement.
  • Being extremely detail oriented with excellent follow up skills on open tasks/needs.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills that prioritize issues and resolve scenarios in a timely and productive manner.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • 3-5 years experience with workflow management tool, Asana or similar, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall team project management and traffic management in Asana.
  • Managing stakeholder updates on campaigns planned and executed from other departments with client impact.
  • Manage vendor relationships which include client giveaways, sweepstakes, broker placements, external creative and coding agencies, and translation vendor.
  • Download Tableau reports for tracking pre and post campaigns for KPIs reporting.
  • Setup process to onboard new clients with pre, during, and post client journey experience.
  • Manage custom client requests with a clear decision tree to facilitate execution.
  • Review broker portals and update content, where needed.
  • Set up unique promo code requests for clients using Asana.
  • QC materials on an ongoing basis.
  • Attend designated client events throughout the year.
