About The Position

The AI Agent Builder is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise AI assistants using low-code/no-code platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio. Working closely with business stakeholders, governance, security, privacy, and technology teams, this role translates business needs into practical AI solutions that enhance productivity and streamline workflows. The position ensures AI assistants meet established governance, security, and compliance standards while supporting user adoption through training, documentation, and performance measurement. The AI Agent Builder also promotes best practices, monitors solution effectiveness, and contributes to the evolution of scalable AI capabilities across global PCG business units.

Requirements

Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, governance, security, privacy, and technology teams.
Understanding of governance, security, and compliance standards for AI assistants.
Skills in training, documentation, and performance measurement for user adoption.
