About The Position

This is a 14-week, part-time position requiring 6-8 hours per week, compensating at $20/hour. The role's purpose is to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement of The Lasorda Way App. Additionally, it involves supporting the promotion and registration for Kids First Camps and Festivals, as well as internal employee engagement related to the Coaching Sponsorship Program.

Requirements

  • Strong short-form writing and editing for social captions and internal announcements.
  • Experience scheduling/publishing content across major social platforms (and working from an approved message library).
  • Comfortable creating lightweight assets (simple graphics, story frames, promo kits).
  • Organized, responsive, and able to coordinate details with multiple event owners.
  • Able to track basic performance signals and summarize takeaways monthly.

Responsibilities

  • Turn approved messaging into weekly social and internal content, spotlighting app sections and running simple monthly themes.
  • Execute Kids First Camps/Festivals promotion, including posts, captions, story frames, promo kits, and coordination with event owners.
  • Support employee engagement through sponsorship program promos, short spotlights, and basic monthly engagement tracking.
