About The Position

Reporting to the Sales Manager(s), the Marketing & Sales Assistant provides support to the Sales Management team in a variety of areas that support the effective running of the dealership. Duties can include, among other things: Assisting in securing financing for customers, administering customer financing processes, creating and web publishing of used car descriptions, contacting current and past customers for various initiatives, printing and posting marketing materials, including hanging tags in vehicles, monitoring, tracking and reporting on customer service surveys, creating various sales reports, capturing data from multiple users, and driving vehicles for various purposes.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, administrative and time management skills
• Strong communications skills
• Sales ability and customer service skills
• Finance experience or training
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive standard shift vehicles

Responsibilities
