About The Position

We are looking for a Consulting Senior Manager to lead the development, adoption, and delivery of AI-powered Marketing and Sales capabilities for enterprise clients. This individual will combine deep functional expertise in Marketing and Sales, consulting experience, AI product management, and stakeholder leadership to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions. The role requires managing client relationships, mentoring cross-functional teams, and driving successful implementation of AI products from concept to adoption.

Requirements

10–15+ years of experience in consulting, product management, or AI-enabled digital transformation.
Deep expertise in Marketing and Sales operations
Strong understanding of GTM technology ecosystems, CRM, Marketing Automation, RevOps , and customer data platforms.
Proven experience managing AI/Analytics products and data-driven digital products.
Experience working with Data, Machine Learning, and Generative AI teams to deliver business solutions.
Experience at leading projects and teams at leading consulting firms
Experience managing enterprise client relationships and leading cross-functional delivery teams.
Strong communication, executive presentation, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe, Google Analytics, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead AI Product Strategy for Marketing & Sales: Own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of AI-enabled Marketing and Sales capabilities, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable client outcomes.
Bridge Business and AI Solution Development: Translate Marketing and Sales business problems into AI product requirements, working closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and software development teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
Provide Functional Expertise in Go-to-Market Operations: Bring deep understanding of Marketing and Sales operations including demand generation, digital marketing, ABM, lead management, pipeline management, customer acquisition, customer success, and revenue operations.
Drive AI Use Cases Across the Revenue Funnel: Lead solution design and implementation for AI capabilities such as: Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Digital Media Strategy & Optimization, Lead Generation, Nurture and Prioritization, MQL/SQL Optimization, Outreach Orchestration, Lead 360 / Customer 360, Next Best Action / Offer, AI powered Sales Operations, Pipeline Forecasting and Sales Productivity.
Leverage Marketing & Sales Data Ecosystems: Demonstrate strong understanding of the data generated across CRM, Marketing Automation, CDPs, Digital Analytics, Ad Platforms, Sales Engagement, Customer Success, and other GTM technology stacks.
Lead Consulting Engagements and Client Relationships: Manage executive client stakeholders, facilitate discovery workshops, define business value, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of consulting engagements while maintaining strong client satisfaction.
Manage Cross-functional Delivery Teams: Coordinate work across Product Management, Data Science, Engineering, UX, Delivery, and Business Consulting teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of AI solutions.
Act as the Product Manager for AI Capabilities: Define product vision, prioritize features, write business requirements, evaluate product performance, drive user adoption, and continuously improve AI products based on business feedback and measurable outcomes.
Mentor and Develop Technical Teams: Coach, mentor, and provide functional guidance to Full Stack Developers (FDEs), Data Scientists, Product Analysts, and junior consultants, helping them understand business context and build scalable AI solutions.
Drive AI Adoption and Change Management: Enable client organizations to successfully adopt AI capabilities by developing business cases, implementation strategies, governance models, success metrics, training materials, and executive communications.
Stay Current with AI and GTM Innovation: Monitor emerging trends in Generative AI, Agentic AI, predictive analytics, marketing technology, sales technology, and revenue intelligence, incorporating innovations into client solutions and product roadmaps.
Contribute to Practice Growth: Support solution development, reusable accelerators, thought leadership, proposal development, and capability building for the Marketing & Sales AI consulting practice.
