About The Position

This role involves contacting resort owners and guests prior to their arrival to offer concierge services and invite them to a sales presentation. The representative will ensure guests meet eligibility for gifts or promote courtesy tours, champion Hilton's quality customer care, and strive to meet and exceed marketing metrics. Additionally, the role includes securing future business through vacation package sales.

  • Earning potential of $75K+ annually with uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

  • Call owners and guests before they arrive to the resort to offer concierge services and invite them to attend a sales presentation.
  • Ensure guests meet minimum eligibility for gifts as approved or promote a courtesy tour.
  • Champion Hilton quality customer care service throughout all Marketing channels.
  • Meet and exceed marketing metrics.
