About The Position

As an In-House Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in pre-qualifying and scheduling prospective guests and current owners for meetings with our sales representatives for vacation ownership presentations at our resorts. You will serve as a positive, professional brand ambassador, representing Hilton Grand Vacations. You will also act as a concierge, offering local information to enhance the guest experience. This role involves collaborating with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of incoming guests, greeting and presenting prospective customers, and incentivizing them to attend a sales preview tour. You will screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines and schedule sales-tour reservations, collecting required deposits.

Requirements
