About The Position

Bank Five Nine is seeking a full-time Marketing Representative to join their team onsite in Oconomowoc, WI. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys creating marketing materials, supporting business partners, maintaining brand standards, and helping bring ideas to life across a variety of channels. This position plays an important role in how employees, customers, and the community experience the Bank Five Nine brand. From digital advertising and content creation to events and branded materials, you'll help ensure our marketing is creative, consistent, and reflective of who we are as an organization.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, video production, brand management or brand marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, InDesign, and Canva.
• A collaborative, creative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.

Nice To Haves

• Financial services marketing is a plus!
• The ability to concept, produce, shoot, and edit professional-quality video content for social media, website, recruiting, and digital marketing channels is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain Bank Five Nine's brand identity across print, digital, promotional, and internal materials.
• Create and update marketing materials, including flyers, postcards, ads, presentations, signage, promotional items, and lender materials.
• Serve as a key marketing partner for Retail Lending, including support for lender onboarding, website updates, social media, event materials, and compliance-related branding.
• Assist with blog posts, customer and employee stories, marketing campaigns, videos, and other content creation initiatives.
• Support the company store, branded merchandise, business card program, and vendor relationships.
• Help coordinate corporate and employee events, including company meetings, customer appreciation events, department events, and community activities.
• Work collaboratively with internal business partners across the organization to support marketing needs and strategic initiatives.
