The Marketing Representative / Canvasser role is crucial as it serves as the first impression of the brand and drives the sales team's efforts. The company specializes in assisting homeowners with roofing solutions, including insurance claims and retail projects, focusing on creating opportunities for both customers and employees.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Door-to-door sales (solar, pest control, alarms, roofing)
  • Prior experience as SDR / BDR / inside or outside sales
  • Prior experience in Retail, customer service, hospitality
  • Prior experience in Construction, project management, or trades
  • Prior experience in Real estate, mortgage, or insurance

Responsibilities

  • Canvass assigned neighborhoods and generate homeowner interest door-to-door
  • Introduce Bartlett Roofing and build quick rapport with homeowners
  • Identify potential roofing needs and educate on inspection opportunities
  • Set qualified appointments for the sales teams
  • Accurately log all activity and appointments in company CRM tools
  • Represent the brand professionally in the field at all times
  • Work independently while maintaining strong communication with your team
