The call team Marketing Representative plays an essential role in engaging and building relationships with the MGU's broad customer base in a high-volume calling environment. Over the phone and via email, you’ll develop and strengthen relationships with insurance professionals, generate and qualify leads, and identify decision-makers and opportunities. In this position you are empowered to drive policy submissions and premium by promoting events, digital content, products and policy features. Using focused listening, a personalized approach and consistent follow-up, you’ll communicate this MGU's key value propositions, overcome objections and move agents through the marketing funnel.
