Ninyo & Moore, a SOCOTEC Company, has an immediate opening for a Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to work out of our Irvine, CA office and work closely with our marketing team in San Diego, CA.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
- Strong work ethic
- Teamwork perspective and desire to support marketing initiatives
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and departments
- Positive attitude, detail oriented, and ability to problem solve
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to use experience and judgment to accomplish goals and meet demanding deadlines
- Comfortable working under pressure and able to handle multiple tasks
- Strong grammar and creative writing skills
- Ability to work independently when needed
Nice To Haves
- Demonstrated experience performing similar services with A/E/C firms is a plus
Responsibilities
- Work with team members in various locations to prepare marketing documents, qualifications proposals, SF330 documents, and presentation materials in response to RFP/Qs
- Engage with team on a regular basis to ensure timely submittal of deliverables
- Prepare and update technical resumes and project write-ups
- Help maintain the template/content library and CRM program
- Assist with various other marketing-related tasks
