About The Position

We’re hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Marketing & Promotions Assistant. No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and hands-on experience from day one to help you build a strong foundation in marketing and live event execution. Requirements

Interest in marketing, promotions, event marketing, or brand management
Outgoing, approachable, and confident in customer-facing environments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, motivation, and willingness to learn (coachability is essential)
Team-oriented, dependable, and professional mindset
High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

marketing coursework is a plus
Previous experience in retail, sales, hospitality, customer service, or events is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, brand activations, and live promotional events
Engage directly with customers and event attendees to increase brand awareness and engagement
Communicate brand messaging in a clear, confident, and professional manner
Support event setup, logistics, coordination, and breakdown
Collect customer feedback and provide insights to help improve campaign performance
Collaborate with marketing and event teams to achieve campaign goals and KPIs
Represent brands with a positive, energetic, and professional presence
