About The Position

As a Marketing & Promotions Assistant, you will support live marketing campaigns, brand activations, promotional events, customer engagement initiatives, and experiential marketing programs while working alongside experienced marketing professionals and representing nationally recognized brands.

Requirements

• A strong interest in marketing, promotions, advertising, event marketing, sales, or brand management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence interacting with customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Dependability, organization, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, or promotions is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional events, brand activations, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Represent client brands through professional, face-to-face interactions with customers and event attendees.
• Increase brand awareness by creating positive customer experiences and meaningful connections.
• Educate customers about products, services, promotions, and special offers.
• Support event setup, promotional displays, marketing materials, and onsite campaign activities.
• Work with marketing and promotions teams to help execute successful brand campaigns.
• Gather customer feedback and campaign insights to support marketing improvements.
• Maintain a professional, energetic, and positive brand presence at promotional events.
• Participate in paid training focused on marketing strategies, communication, customer engagement, leadership development, and business growth.
