About The Position

We are hiring an Entry-Level Marketing & Promotions Assistant to support exciting campaigns, live events, and brand experiences. No prior marketing experience is required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to help you develop valuable skills in marketing, promotions, customer communication, and brand engagement. In this role, you will work alongside a team supporting national brands through promotional campaigns, product launches, and experiential marketing events. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Marketing, communications, business, or related coursework is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, hospitality, customer service, or events is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support event preparation, setup, logistics, and breakdown.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve campaign objectives.
