About The Position

We’re hiring motivated, outgoing individuals for an Entry-Level Marketing & Promotions Assistant position. This is a great opportunity to start a career in marketing, brand promotions, event marketing, customer engagement, and experiential marketing. No previous experience is required. Paid training, mentorship, and hands-on experience are provided from day one. You’ll support national brands, promotional campaigns, live events, product launches, and experiential marketing activations while developing valuable marketing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing campaigns, brand activations, and live events
• Engage directly with customers and event attendees
• Communicate brand messaging clearly and professionally
• Support event setup, logistics, and breakdown
• Collect customer feedback and campaign insights
• Work with the team to achieve marketing and promotional goals
• Represent brands with a positive, energetic, and professional attitude
