About The Position

This is a build role, not a maintenance role. You will step into a function that is underdeveloped and expected to scale quickly. As Marketing Project Manager, you will bring structure to ambiguity, drive execution across multiple channels, and create the operational backbone for how marketing runs at this company. You will manage competing priorities, coordinate across stakeholders, and ensure marketing initiatives move from concept to execution without loss of speed or quality. This role requires someone who is comfortable operating in motion—where priorities shift, information is incomplete, and expectations remain high.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in marketing project management, operations, or a similar execution-focused role
  • Experience in a high-growth or rapidly scaling company
  • Direct experience with affiliate marketing programs and partner coordination
  • Strong project management discipline (timelines, task tracking, stakeholder alignment)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
  • High ownership, adaptability, and executional rigor

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of marketing projects across channels (affiliate, digital, lifecycle, and emerging initiatives)
  • Build and implement project management systems, workflows, and tracking mechanisms for marketing
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Compliance, and external partners
  • Manage affiliate marketing initiatives, including partner coordination, tracking, and performance alignment
  • Translate high-level strategy into actionable timelines, deliverables, and accountability structures
  • Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects without losing momentum or detail
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving business needs
  • Ensure all marketing efforts align with regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Identify gaps in current marketing infrastructure and build processes to close them
  • Drive clarity in ambiguous situations—define next steps when others cannot
  • Hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines and deliverables
  • Continuously improve systems, workflows, and execution standards as the company scales
