The Role We’re looking for a highly organized Marketing Project Manager who turns ideas into action. This is not a high-level strategy role — it’s about execution. You’ll take quarterly marketing priorities and make sure they happen on time, on budget, and with strong follow-through. If you love checklists, timelines, accountability, and seeing campaigns go live — this is your lane.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience
• Strong project management and follow-through
• Comfortable working with agencies and external vendors
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven

Nice To Haves

• Experience in MSP, IT services, cybersecurity, SaaS, or professional services preferred

Responsibilities

• Turn marketing goals into clear project plans and timelines
• Coordinate email campaigns, LinkedIn content, website updates, and vendor deliverables
• Manage SEO, paid media, and design partners
• Track KPIs and report performance to leadership
• Keep marketing initiatives organized, moving, and improving
