This is a Contract position based out of Canoga Park, CA 91304. The role involves leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives to support business growth, customer acquisition and retention, brand awareness, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. The Marketing Project Manager will partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic plans and business initiatives. They will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing processes, workflows, tools, and reporting systems to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability. A key aspect of the role is designing and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks to monitor performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, operational KPIs, and business outcomes. The position requires analyzing digital, website, marketing, customer engagement, and lead generation data to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable recommendations. The role also includes managing project governance, resource coordination, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and project execution to ensure successful delivery of objectives. The Marketing Project Manager will create and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives. They will also develop and coordinate presentations, communications, marketing materials, and business documentation for internal and external audiences. Collaboration with business leaders and stakeholders is essential to support growth, retention, engagement, and outreach initiatives. The role involves coordinating meetings, presentations, executive communications, and project documentation, ensuring clear tracking of action items and outcomes. Additionally, the Marketing Project Manager will provide strategic consultation and project leadership to departments seeking support for organizational programs, services, and initiatives. Managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, consultants, and service providers, including contract execution, project oversight, and performance management, is also a responsibility. Collaboration with creative, production, digital, communications, and operational teams is required to ensure timely delivery and quality of projects and campaigns. The role supports brand awareness, public relations, community engagement, and business development efforts through participation in key events and initiatives. The Marketing Project Manager will represent the department in cross-functional meetings, committees, and organizational workgroups, providing project management expertise and strategic guidance. Overseeing digital content, website initiatives, and customer engagement platforms, utilizing analytics and reporting to identify continuous improvement opportunities, is part of the role.
