About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Marketing Project Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across multiple retail locations and digital platforms. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives on time and within budget. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands retail marketing (preferably liquor or multi-location retail), and can manage both strategy and execution—from campaign planning to in-store activation and digital performance tracking.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing project management
  • Experience in retail or multi-location business (strongly preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee all marketing campaigns (seasonal, promotional, event-based)
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
  • Ensure all campaigns are launched on schedule across all stores and channels
  • Track campaign performance and optimize based on results
  • Coordinate marketing efforts across multiple store locations
  • Ensure brand consistency in signage, promotions, and customer experience
  • Implement localized marketing strategies by store and region
  • Support store teams with marketing materials and execution guidelines
  • Oversee website updates (WordPress/WooCommerce preferred)
  • Coordinate promotions across delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Instacart, etc.)
  • Work with social media team to align campaigns across platforms
  • Monitor online performance, traffic, and conversion metrics
  • Plan and execute in-store and external events (tastings, local activations, partnerships)
  • Coordinate logistics, staffing, materials, and post-event reporting
  • Ensure measurable outcomes (traffic, sales, customer acquisition)
  • Track KPIs: sales impact, traffic, campaign ROI, conversion rates
  • Work with internal dashboards to monitor performance in real time
  • Provide weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
  • Identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners
  • Negotiate pricing and ensure cost-effective execution
  • Track and control marketing budgets across campaigns
