About The Position

YuMe Toys, an award-winning global toy and consumer products company, is seeking a highly organized Marketing Project Coordinator to support the execution and operations of its Global Marketing team. Reporting into the Director of Global Marketing, this role plays a critical function in coordinating workflows, managing assets, and enabling smooth execution across regions, partners, and platforms. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, solutions-focused marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to grow professionally within global brand marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, or related roles; toy, consumer products, or entertainment licensing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Experience and interest in using social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A proactive problem-solver mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams, regions, and external partners.
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); and familiarity with organized file sharing in MS SharePoint; project management or asset management tools experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing timelines, workflows, and key deadlines across initiatives.
  • Maintain and share the global marketing calendar with Sales teams, ensuring visibility of launches and retail set dates.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, and bottlenecks to leadership.
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries, including file naming conventions and folder architecture.
  • Organize and maintain licensor brand guidelines and approved assets for internal use.
  • Preserve documentation from store checks, events, and activations.
  • Manage product sample requests and track shipping details.
  • Gather and organize materials required to initiate and complete marketing projects efficiently.
  • Ensure digital advertising copy is drafted, translated, approved, and archived.
  • Submit marketing collateral through licensing approval portals and manage approval feedback staying in close alignment with senior leadership.
  • Interface professionally with licensors, manufacturing partners, agencies, distributors, and sales representatives.
  • Support distributors and sales teams with access to approved marketing materials.
  • Track and document creator, influencer, and affiliate posts across platforms.
  • Support identification and coordination of on-brand TikTok affiliates and affiliate programs.
  • Draft TikTok affiliate creative briefs and manage internal approval and distribution.
  • Support social media gifting campaigns for creators in the Americas.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating social and influencer campaigns.
  • Track and compile marketing KPIs and activity reports for leadership review.
  • Compile and distribute relevant industry and competitor research internally.
  • Take notes, document meetings, and track action items to ensure alignment.
  • Provide administrative and ad hoc project support across the Marketing team.
  • Ensure prompt, professional, and respectful communication with all stakeholders.
