About The Position

MCA, your trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security, is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Coordinator to support our growing Central team to be seated in Spartanburg, SC; Charlotte, NC or Greenville, SC. This role will support our marketing team in planning, executing, and tracking a variety of projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to grow, demonstrate leadership in coordination, and help keep fast-moving initiatives on track. This position will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery, and continuous process improvement across the marketing function and offers early-career professionals a unique opportunity to gain exposure across MCA’s diverse lines of business. Requirements

  • 1–3 years in marketing coordination, project support, or a related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred (will consider experience).
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with project management tools & software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Smartsheet).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter—eager to take initiative and lead coordination processes.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows across various marketing projects, ensuring alignment with MCA’s technical and commercial goals.
  • Take ownership of tasks—track progress, anticipate roadblocks, and drive timely resolution.
  • Support marketing leads and project managers with scheduling, documentation, and task management.
  • Maintain dashboards and status reports using Excel and various project tools.
  • Organize meetings: prepare agendas, capture decisions, and follow up on action items.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, sales, operations, service) and external vendors to ensure campaign alignment and schedule adherence.
  • Ensure marketing assets meet MCA’s quality and brand standards, delivered on time.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance communication, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to adapt to evolving business needs.
