About The Position

DV is looking for a Marketing Programs and Operations Manager to join our Marketing Programs & Operations team. This is an execution-focused individual contributor role responsible for the day-to-day building, deployment, and management of email campaigns and marketing programs within HubSpot. You'll be the team's go-to for getting campaigns out the door with speed, accuracy, and quality. Working closely with your manager, you'll support the broader team's goals around data-driven reporting and full-funnel marketing — while keeping email and campaign management as your home base. This is a global role — you'll support marketing programs across regions and time zones, ensuring campaigns are executed and optimized for our international teams.

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and how it integrates with marketing automation platforms
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, teams, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with comfort pulling and interpreting campaign performance data
  • Collaborative team player who communicates effectively across creative, content, and operations teams and is comfortable working with global stakeholders across time zones. Occasional late-night or early-morning calls or work to accommodate global stakeholders will be required.
  • HubSpot certification or willingness to obtain within first 3 months

  • Support the implementation of event promotion workflows in HubSpot
  • Own reporting on email and campaign performance on a regular cadence, surfacing insights and recommendations — not just metrics
