About The Position

The Marketing Programs & Communications Specialist II is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing initiatives, sales support programs, customer communications, training programs, events, and dealer support activities across Rheem Northeast Distribution. This role serves as a liaison between Marketing, Sales, Branch Operations, and Technical Support & Training to ensure programs, communications, and customer-facing initiatives are effectively coordinated and executed. The position also supports customer and vendor co-op administration, dealer programs, internal communications, event management, reporting, and marketing operations. This position will serve our Rheem Northeast Distribution, located in New Jersey. This position follows a hybrid schedule, with 3-4 days onsite and 1-2 days remote per week.
