About The Position

The Marketing Production Coordinator is responsible for managing the production, procurement, inventory, and quality of all branded promotional materials, apparel, printed collateral, and signage across the organization.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of vector versus raster artwork.
  • Understanding of CMYK, RGB, Pantone color systems, bleeds, crop marks, and file preparation.
  • Experience using Adobe Illustrator and Canva.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in promotional products or print industry preferred.
  • Experience using Asana a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Source, order, and distribute promotional products, branded apparel, printed materials, and marketing collateral across the organization.
  • Coordinate production of business cards, brochures, banners, signage, trade show materials, and other branded assets.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to recommend products and materials that align with our brand standards, budget, and business goals.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with printers, promo suppliers, apparel decorators, and signage vendors - obtaining quotes and keeping timelines on track.
  • Review proofs for accuracy, brand consistency, and quality before anything goes to production.
  • Maintain inventory levels for promo items, apparel, printed materials, and event supplies, proactively reordering as needed.
  • Track production expenses, assist with budget management, and keep vendor and production records up to date.
  • Continuously evaluate vendors, products, and production methods to improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
