The team is responsible for evolving Citi's pre- and post-login digital experiences through innovative marketing capabilities, data-driven personalization, emerging technologies, and AI-driven solutions that improve the quality and value of digitally sourced customer relationships. The Marketing Product Manager – Digital Growth & AI Innovation will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital growth capabilities, including both AI-powered and traditional digital solutions. This role requires a strategic product leader who can identify high-impact opportunities, drive cross-functional execution, and partner across Marketing, Product, Technology, Analytics, Data Science, Risk, and Operations to deliver scalable innovation and measurable business outcomes.
