Gray Media is a growing multimedia company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and is the nation's largest owner of top-rated local television stations and digital assets. WLOX-TV, located on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, operates the #1 (ABC) and #2 (CBS) stations and produces award-winning news programming and creative services video productions. WLOX also maintains a dominant digital presence. This Full-Time Marketing Producer position at WLOX in Biloxi, Mississippi, is an opportunity to join an award-winning, experienced creative team. The role involves writing creative scripts, shooting compelling video, editing with emotion, and producing client commercials and station branding content. The ideal candidate will be a team player, a positive "outside the box" thinker, and a self-starter with a creative mind who can bring great ideas to life, meet project deadlines, and communicate their vision to clients. The company is looking for a Marketing Producer who can write, shoot, design, and edit content for broadcast, social media, and streaming platforms, and is highly motivated, team-oriented, and willing to learn new skills.

Requirements

• Experience in innovative writing, editing, and producing branded content
• Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to perform in a fast-paced multimedia sales environment.
• Must be able to communicate with commercial clients and our Multimedia Sales Team.
• Advanced video, photography, lighting, and audio pre/post production skills
• Skilled in the Adobe Creative Cloud with expert knowledge of Premiere and After Effects
• Strong understanding of marketing and advertising philosophy and techniques
• College degree or equivalent job experience in graphic design or video production
• Work well with staff and clients

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative brand concepts for all media platforms: on-air, digital, social.
• Write, shoot, and edit commercials, news and programming promos, and station events.
• Create graphic design assets for marketing, news content, and sales presentation needs.
• Create digital and social media marketing content on multiple platforms.
• Other duties as assigned.
