About The Position

The Marketing/Pricing Coordinator develops and implements marketing strategies and pricing initiatives that align with market demands, organizational goals, and the cultural values of the Colville Tribes. This role is instrumental in generating interest in Colville Fuels' products, services, and brands while fostering sustainable business growth and ensuring competitive and effective pricing strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the coordinator designs impactful advertising campaigns, manages budgets and cost estimates, and acts as a liaison between Colville Fuels, vendors, and advertising agencies. Specializing in areas such as media direction or account management, the coordinator ensures successful campaign execution, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement. The role also involves creating promotional programs with purchasing incentives, such as discounts and contests, to strengthen customer loyalty. By analyzing market demand and identifying growth opportunities, the coordinator partners with store managers, finance, and the Executive team to deliver measurable outcomes that drive success. Work is primarily office-based with some hybrid flexibility and occasional travel to store locations, community events, or media engagements.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing concepts and pricing strategies to enhance brand visibility and competitive positioning.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and pricing trends, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and digital advertising campaigns, utilizing tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar.
  • Experience in graphic design developing marketing materials.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution of initiatives.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness to incorporate tribal values into marketing practices and enhance community engagement.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to support marketing activities and measure performance.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing solutions and pricing strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality in marketing materials and communications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to shared goals and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in a marketing or pricing role.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and pricing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
