About The Position

This V.I.E assignment is a 12-month contract based in New York City, with an ideal start date in January 2027, contingent on visa requirements. As a V.I.E Marketing Executive within the Americas Region, reporting to the Product Manager, you will support the daily business operations of the Marketing team transversally for Jewelry, High Jewelry, Timepieces and Bridal Collections. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who brings fresh new ideas and is open to learning from a group of experienced product experts. The candidate will leave with an enriching experience that they can take with them into their early career future assignments.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or university certificate in Business, Marketing or Communication
  • Minimum of 1-2 years internship or early-career experience in retail operations, business analysis, product marketing, or consulting—ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion industries.
  • Fluency in English and French are mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong mastery of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, data modeling) and PowerPoint required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Power BI or SAP is a plus.
  • Experience with Looker or PEGA is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, run, and analyze weekly/monthly transversal performance reports for regional leadership and VPs, detailing boutique-level and Sales Associate (SA) performance by product collection.
  • Develop and maintain user-friendly forecasting templates and strategic documentation to assist leadership in planning the year ahead.
  • Consolidate complex datasets into clear, visually engaging presentations to deliver findings and strategic recommendations to Managers and Senior Managers.
  • Partner closely with the Assistant Manager to organize, streamline, and improve the regional process flow of special orders executed on the PEGA platform.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the special order pipeline and propose solutions to elevate the boutique and client experience.
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing, visual merchandising, and supply chain teams to organize, track, and implement regional launches.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative post-launch analysis to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Actively gather qualitative boutique-level feedback from Store Directors and SAs to assess client reactions and refine future launch strategies.
  • Partner with the training department to conduct on-site boutique training sessions for new launches, sales initiatives, and collection storytelling.
  • Travel to domestic events to support retail teams on the floor, sharing product technicalities and patrimonial history with elite clients.
