The Marketing Performance Analyst will support the marketing team by tracking and analyzing campaign performance, conducting customer segmentation, and providing data-driven insights. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Power BI, as well as experience with tools for tracking campaign effectiveness, market segmentation, predictive analysis, and project management. The Analyst will report to the Manager of Marketing Data Analytics. This is a hybrid position requiring the ability to work onsite at our Bloomington, MN.
