The Director of Partner Marketing is a global leadership role responsible for shaping, scaling, and operationalizing Thoughtworks’ partner marketing strategy across hyperscalers, ISVs and emerging technology alliances. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role leads a team of global partner marketing specialists and serves as the strategic orchestrator between Thoughtworks, its strongest ecosystem partners, and the broader GTM organization. This leader defines global frameworks, value propositions, co-marketing strategies, and MDF investment logic - ensuring partner marketing programs are aligned to Thoughtworks’ growth priorities, consistently activated across regions, and generating measurable pipeline and influence.
