About The Position

We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Marketing Intern with strong interests and skills in marketing and/or graphic design to support our Marketing team. This role provides hands‑on experience across print, digital, and social media marketing, while contributing to real projects that impact our brand, products, and employee engagement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a student looking to build a professional portfolio and gain exposure to a wide range of marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and/or Canva.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics or marketing performance metrics.
  • Photography experience or strong interest in product photography.
  • Prior internship, coursework, or portfolio demonstrating design or marketing work.

Responsibilities

  • Product Specifier Catalog Development Assist in the creation and updating of Product Specifier catalogs.
  • Support product photography, including staging and basic editing.
  • Design, organize, and format layouts (Adobe InDesign proficiency required).
  • Write and edit product copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Conduct basic product and market research as needed.
  • Social Media Content Creation Create engaging content for LinkedIn and Facebook under the direction of the Marketing team Design graphics using photography and branded visual elements (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva required).
  • Write compelling, on‑brand social media copy following platform best practices.
  • Assist with analyzing social media performance, reporting trends, and recommending content adjustments.
  • Marketing Reporting & Research Assist in gathering and analyzing data from Google Analytics, social media platforms, and other marketing tools.
  • Support reporting on campaign performance and audience engagement.
  • Perform research on various topics as assigned, including: Competitor products Industry standards Customer and market trends Employee Engagement & Special Projects Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and company events.
  • Assist with event planning, promotional materials, and other marketing‑related projects as needed.
