As our Business Operations Manager, Marketing & Product Development, you will own and operationalize the execution engine across marketing and product initiatives ensuring campaigns, tests, launches, and cross functional efforts are delivered on time, on spec, and aligned to revenue outcomes. You will support direct response marketing, CRO, product development initiatives, and rebrand execution while acting as a central operator across Marketing, Product, Creative, Tech, and Customer Success. This is a full time, exempt, individual contributor role reporting directly to the COO, within the Business Enablement Operations function.
