About The Position

Articulate is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to support the execution of marketing campaigns across our GTM systems and tools. This role sits within the GTM Effectiveness organization and focuses on building, testing, and maintaining campaigns using established templates and operational standards. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Operations lead and Campaign Operations Manager to ensure campaigns are executed accurately, data flows cleanly across systems, and programs are ready to scale. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building in marketing platforms, digging into details, and making sure things work exactly as intended. The ideal candidate is technically curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating within complex systems. You’re confident executing within defined frameworks and thoughtful enough to spot small opportunities to improve how programs are built and run.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years in marketing operations, campaign operations, or a similar role.
  • B2B SaaS experience required.
  • Hands-on experience building campaigns in a marketing automation platform (Marketo,HubSpot)
  • Exposure to customer engagement platforms (Braze, Pendo), with the ability to support builds, QA, and integrations.
  • Analytical skills to extract meaning and recommend actions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability and desire to learn quickly and troubleshoot problems
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, testing, and enablement of ongoing and new marketing campaigns and workflows to streamline marketing operations
  • Build, execute, and QA marketing campaigns within the marketing automation platform using established templates and standards.
  • Support various campaign types, including webinars, gated content, events, and nurtures.
  • Execute campaign-related operational tasks such as list uploads, segmentation, data validation, and campaign activation.
  • Oversee tasks related to lead flow, such as building and maintaining automation, workflows, and routing rules.
  • Build and maintain lightweight automations (e.g., Zapier flows) to support campaign intake, execution, or ad-hoc processes.
  • Assist with execution and validation within the customer engagement platform (CEP), including basic builds, QA, and data flow checks.
  • Collaborate with the GTM Ops team to ensure campaigns strictly adhere to the operational standards and are ready for launch.
  • Perform thorough QA prior to launch to validate logic, data, timing, and integrations.
  • Monitor campaigns post-launch and assist with troubleshooting as needed.
  • Build and maintain routine reports for cross-functional stakeholders as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve templates, workflows, and operational processes; suggest and help implement incremental enhancements.
  • Maintain clear documentation for campaign builds, processes, and recurring workflows.
