About The Position

This role supports marketing operations by leading compliant content review and coordinating inbound business development inquiries. You will lead two programs that help Neurovascular Marketing move efficiently and compliantly: the review and approval of product claims, labeling, artwork, and promotional content, and the intake and coordination of third-party business development inquiries. You will improve processes, align cross-functional reviewers, maintain accurate records, and provide clear reporting to leadership. This remote role supports Medtronic’s patient-first mission through cross-functional collaboration and requires some travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

  • Experience developing, approving, or auditing marketing materials in a regulated healthcare industry.
  • Experience synthesizing information from multiple sources into concise written reports for senior leadership.
  • Experience with Veeva PromoMats and Workfront.

Responsibilities

  • Improve the Med Review process to increase approval efficiency and reduce regulatory risk.
  • Lead cross-functional Legal, Regulatory, and Clinical reviews of labeling, claims, artwork, and promotional content.
  • Forecast review demand, communicate priorities, and sequence work with Marketing and Marketing Communications teams.
  • Train submitters and partners on review requirements, systems, and compliant submission practices.
  • Maintain evidence-based claims matrices and report Veeva PromoMats submission status, progress, and cycle time.
  • Manage the intake, research, routing, and tracking of third-party business development inquiries.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inquiry reviews, document decisions and follow-ups, and provide recurring pipeline and aging reports to leadership.
  • Maintain confidentiality, support audits and legal requests, and continuously improve program templates, records, and reporting.
