The Manager Marketing Operations is a crucial member of the Global Snacking team responsible for optimizing the efficiency, effectiveness and performance of the marketing team and product portfolio by enabling executional excellence on a full spectrum of initiatives, all of which are critical to driving business growth. Acting as a key leader and contributor to create and implement initiatives spanning AOC planning, Long Range Planning input, sustainable cost advantage, portfolio health/consolidation/simplification, network & supply chain optimization, product & packaging modifications, and RFP execution, this role works closely with the Marketing, Sales, Go to Market Channel Leads, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain teams and represents all channels within the category. Responsible for maintaining brand integrity while driving operational efficiency, this person will play a key role in balancing the fast-paced requirements of responding to day-to-day business needs with the longer-term lens of strategic big bets. The position provides cross-functional guidance, build best-practices to drive consistency across brands/categories, and use judgement to customize solutions needed to support brand strategy and deployment needs.
