We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize the systems, processes and data that power our marketing engine and serve as a strategic partner to Marketing and Revenue leadership, shaping scalable growth strategy through data, systems architecture and performance insights. This role is ideal for a highly organized, data-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology and execution. You’ll be responsible for managing our marketing technology stack, with HubSpot at the center, ensuring operational excellence across campaigns, reporting, lead management and cross-functional alignment. This role reports directly to the Sr. Marketing Manager and works closely with Sales, Revenue Operations and Leadership.
