Your work will directly influence how effectively we connect with the communities around us, expand relationships, and scale our long-term impact.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, including leadership in marketing operations, project management, integrated campaigns, or event-driven initiatives
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-channel marketing and event initiatives
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for developing teams
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Experience managing project workflows, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance insights into operational improvements
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms, reporting systems, and project management tools (Wrike or similar)

  • Experience leading community engagement programs, sponsorship activations, or partnership-based marketing initiatives preferred

Responsibilities

  • Translate marketing strategy into structured project plans, workflows, and execution frameworks
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of multi-channel marketing initiatives across the full lifecycle
  • Develop and manage marketing operations calendars, timelines, and resource planning across campaigns, partnerships, and community initiatives
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and developmental support for marketing team members to strengthen performance, accountability, and professional growth
  • Establish and optimize marketing workflows, governance processes, and operational standards
  • Lead operational planning and execution for community engagement initiatives, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships
  • Oversee event strategy, logistics, vendor coordination, and cross-functional execution to ensure exceptional event delivery and brand experience
  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, partners, and vendors to support long-term engagement strategies
  • Implement reporting frameworks that provide visibility into campaign performance, event impact, and operational efficiency
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between marketing, business development, and organizational priorities
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve systems, platforms, and operational scalability
