As Marketing Operations Manager, you will drive operational excellence across the marketing organization by owning workflows, systems, and processes that support new product launches, masterdata, and product content development and execution. Reporting to the Director of Consumer Business Units (CBU), this role ensures product content readiness, managing digital asset and imagery workflows, and overseeing internal masterdata syndication, ensuring readiness for syndication to retail and digital partners. Working closely with Brand and Product Managers, Masterbrand, Sales, eCommerce, Supply Chain, and Sourcing, this role serves as a cross-functional connector, ensuring the seamless flow of product data and content across the organization. Day to day responsibilities include ownership of marketing operations process optimization, driving accountability across initiatives, and enabling data-driven decision-making through reporting and performance tracking. The Marketing Operations Manager also leads a team of 2 Marketing Coordinators, fostering collaboration and operational excellence.
